What makes NURA different?
NURA was created to fill a gap in the modestwear market — premium printed chiffon hijabs that feel elevated, unique and timeless. We don’t repeat generic patterns. We don’t follow short-term trends. Every design is intentional, abstract and created to complement both everyday wear and special occasions. Our pieces are designed to be worn for years — not just one season.
What does NURA mean?
The name NURA is inspired by Noor, meaning light. It symbolises guidance, confidence and faith.NURA is also named in honour of the founder’s mother — a woman of strength, grace and conviction — reflecting the heart and purpose behind the brand.
Is NURA only chiffon?
Our first collections focus on premium chiffon because of its flow, comfort and versatility. However, NURA is built to grow. In the future, we plan to expand into additional fabrics and modestwear categories — while keeping the same level of quality and intention.
What fabric are your hijabs made from?
Our launch collection features premium chiffon. It is lightweight, breathable and elegant — ideal for everyday wear and special occasions. Each hijab is carefully quality-checked before being dispatched to ensure it meets our standards.
Will the print fade over time?
Our hijabs are designed to be investment pieces. With proper care, the print and quality are made to last. We recommend gentle hand washing and air drying to preserve fabric and colour longevity.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout. During busy periods (such as Ramadan or seasonal drops), processing times may be slightly longer — any changes will always be clearly communicated. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change your address, please email us at nurauk@outlook.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — NURA ships worldwide. If checkout does not allow shipping to your location, please email us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about styling, fabric or measurements, please contact us before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event your hijab arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping:

• Tracked 24: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
• Approximately 10 business days (may vary by country)

Is there free shipping?
Yes — we offer free UK shipping on orders over £39.99. International orders do not currently qualify for free shipping.
