SHIPPING POLICY

At NURA, we're committed to delivering your hijabs with care, no matter where you are in the world.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide to most countries. If checkout does not allow shipping to your location, please contact us at nurauk@outlook.com and we'll do our best to assist.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise specified on the product page or at checkout. Please note that processing times may be longer during busier periods such as Ramadan or seasonal events — any extended processing times will be clearly stated on product pages or at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

UK Shipping:
- Standard (Tracked 48): 3-5 business days
- Next Day (Tracked 24): 1-3 business days

International Shipping:
- Rest of World: Approximately 10 business days (may vary by country — please see checkout for more details)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

UK Shipping:
- Free Shipping on orders over £39.99
- Tracked 48 Royal Mail (Standard, 2-4 business days): £2.49
- Tracked 24 Royal Mail (Next Day, 1-3 business days): £3.49

(Shipping prices may fluctuate. Please contact us for current prices if needed.)

International Shipping:
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location
- No free shipping available for international orders

TRACKING

All orders include tracking unless stated otherwise. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International Orders:
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. You will be required to pay these fees upon delivery.

NURA has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and we will not offer re-shipment for incorrect addresses.

Delivery Attempts:
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, they will leave a notice with instructions. You may need to collect your package from a local depot or arrange redelivery.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange either re-shipment (at your cost) or a refund.

ORDER CHANGES

Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at nurauk@outlook.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
